Registered Well definition

Registered Well means and include any artificial excavation to produce, or that is producing, water for any purpose that is not subject to the District’s Drilling and Operating Permit requirements and is listed as a Permit Exemption under District Rule 5.1.
Registered Well means an exempt well or an Agricultural Use well that has been registered with the District.
Registered Well means an environmental well or dewatering well that is annually permitted.

More Definitions of Registered Well

Registered Well means a permitted well or a non-exempt or exempt well that has been registered by the District on a form provided by the General Manager. Registered wells include:
