Registered design in this Act shall mean a design for which a design registration has been granted.

More Definitions of Registered design

Registered design in this Act means a design for which a design registration has been granted.

Registered design means a design that is actually registered;

Registered design means any design of which the Executive is the designer and which is registrable pursuant to the Registered Designs Axx 0000 as amended or replaced from time to time and which relates directly or indirectly to the business of the Company or any Group Company or arises out of the work performed by the Executive for the Company or any Group Company; and

Registered design in this Law means a design for which a design registration has been effected.

Registered design means “a design registered under section 25 of the Registered Designs Ordinance (Cap. 522) or under the law of any place outside Hong Kong”. Under the Registered Designs Ordinance, a “design” means features of shape, configuration, pattern or ornament applied to an article by any industrial process, being features which in the finished article appeal to and are judged by the eye. Designs registered under the Registered Designs Ordinance enjoy the protection afforded by that Ordinance in Hong Kong.
