REBAC definition

REBAC means Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council, a wholly owned subsidiary of NAR.

  • Licensee acknowledges that the licenses granted under this Agreement are non-exclusive and that any REALTOR® association or board in the U.S. or REBAC Provider may also be given the rights to offer the Course and/or Presentation.

  • If this Agreement shall renew pursuant to the terms specified in Section 6, Sponsor shall pay to REBAC a non-refundable, non-transferable licensing fee of such amount as REBAC, in its sole discretion, shall set prior to renewal.

  • In addition, Sponsor shall provide REBAC with all evaluations of Courses which have been presented using Course Materials which include permissible or approved changes.

  • REBAC shall provide Sponsor with copies of Discovering Commercial Real Estate Certificates.

  • Investment Strategy Modification means with respect to an Investment Strategy, the Portfolio Administrator makes operational adjustments to the Investment Strategy to ensure that, so far as possible, the basic principles and economic effect of the Investment Strategy are maintained or any material modification to the Investment Strategy or its implementation by the Portfolio Administrator.

  • Merchant discount means the fee or negotiated discount charged to a merchant by the financial institution for the privilege of participating in a program whereby a credit card is accepted in payment for merchandise or services sold to the credit card holder.

  • Seller 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 5.5(e).
