Qualified Living Unit definition

Qualified Living Unit means a Living Unit which meets the minimum technical qualifications defined by Grantee for provision of Cable Service. A Living Unit receiving a minimum of 25 Mbps downstream will generally be capable of receiving Cable Service subject to Grantee performing certain network grooming and conditioning.
Qualified Living Unit means any Living Unit designated as qualified for Cable Service in QC’s loop qualification network inventory.
Qualified Living Unit means any Living Unit designated as qualified for Cable Service in QC's loop qualification network inventory.

  • Subscribers shall be able to return and receive equipment, free of charge, via national overnight courier service (such as FedEx or UPS) if a service technician is not required to visit the Subscriber’s Qualified Living Unit.
