Qualification Envelope definition

Qualification Envelope means an area in OTP where the Proponent would complete Qualification Response;
Qualification Envelope means an area in OTP where the Bidder would upload its completed Qualification Response;
Qualification Envelope means Section 1 of the RFB as set out on the Ontario Tenders Portal eTendering System.

  • Within the Qualification Envelope, the bidder should provide a minimum of two (2) examples fully inclusive of the name of the contractual arrangement, a brief description of the requirements, the duration of the contractual arrangement (including start and end dates (month/ year) and the overall value.

  • The Preferred Bidder shall execute the Agreement in the form attached to this RFB and satisfy any other applicable conditions of this RFB within the period of time set out to do so in Section 1.1 - Procurement Details of the Qualification Envelope of this RFB.

  • In addition to all of the Ministry’s other remedies, if a selected Bidder fails to execute the Agreement or satisfy any other applicable conditions within the period of time set out to do so in Section 1.1 - Procurement Details of the Qualification Envelope of this RFB following the notice of selection, the Ministry may, in its sole discretion and without incurring any liability, rescind the selection of that Bidder and proceed with the selection of another Bidder.

  • Qualification Date means the date as of which the Offering Statement was or will be qualified with the Commission pursuant to Regulation A, the Act and the Rules and Regulations; and

  • Prequalification means the process set out in the Rules for determining whether an applicant is eligible to bid in a capacity auction in respect of a CMU;

  • Impermissible Qualification means, relative to the opinion or certification of any independent public accountant as to any financial statement of the Borrower, any qualification or exception to such opinion or certification:

  • Primary election means any regular primary election held under the election

  • Disqualification means the Athlete’s results in a particular Competition or Event are invalidated, with all resulting Consequences including forfeiture of any medals, points and prizes;

  • In good standing means a person who has not resigned or been suspended from membership or registration or had membership or registration revoked;
