Qualification Date definition
Qualification Date means the date as of which the Offering Statement was or will be qualified with the Commission pursuant to Regulation A, the Act and the Rules and Regulations; and
Qualification Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a)(ii).

Qualification Date means the date of issuance of a receipt or similar document by the last of the Securities Administrators to issue a receipt or similar document for the Final Prospectus;

Qualification Date means the date on which Mikart satisfactorily completes its validation and testing pursuant to Article 2 of this Agreement such that it becomes authorized to begin manufacturing the Products under the Health Registrations in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
