QRS definition

QRS. A qualified REIT subsidiary within the meaning of Section 856(i) of the Code.
QRS means a Person qualifying for treatment either as a “qualified REIT subsidiary” under Section 856(i) of the Code, or as an entity disregarded as an entity separate from its owner under Treasury Regulations under Section 7701 of the Code.
QRS means any corporation that is treated for U.S. federal Income Tax purposes as a “qualified REIT subsidiary” (within the meaning of Section 856(i)(2) of the Code) with respect to any REIT.
