Q Investments definition

Q Investments means 5 Essex, LLC (“5 Essex”), its manager Renegade Swish, LLC (“RS”), and any entity that directly, or indirectly, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, either of 5 Essex or RS.
Q Investments means Q Investments, LP.
Q Investments means Q5-R5 Trading, Ltd., R2 Top Hat, Ltd., R2 Investments, LDC and their Affiliates.

  • Other Investments means assets which are not Direct Investments or Underlying Funds.

All the Liquid Investments described in clauses (a) through (d) above shall have maturities of not more than 365 days from the date of issue.
