Examples of PUD Approval in a sentence

  • Details of any waivers (if any) being sought during the PUD Approval review.

  • In conjunction with PUD Approval review, the modification of these Zoning Bylaws is permitted subject to the conditions and standards in this Section and other applicable provisions of these Zoning Bylaws.

  • Requisite Approval means the affirmative vote of the holders of at least a majority of the shares of outstanding Company Common Stock and outstanding Company Preferred Stock voting as a single class.
