Public Access Channel(s definition

Public Access Channel(s means any channels on the System set aside by the Grantee for Noncommercial use by the general public, as contemplated by applicable law.
Public Access Channel(s means Channels specially designated for locally produced non-commercial public access programming use.
Public Access Channel(s means any 6 MHz channels on the System set aside by the Grantee, the Commission and/or the City for Noncommercial use by the general public, as contemplated by applicable law.

  • If, after any twelve (12) month period, the use for the required Public Access Channels drops below one thousand and fifty (1,050) hours, Grantee may require a rollback of hours on the initial Public Access Channel(s) on a proportional basis; provided, however, that if the use for the required Community Program/Access Channels drops below four hundred twelve and one half (412.5) hours, then the requirement for one channel’s availability shall cease, and Grantee may use such channel for any lawful purpose.

  • internet access service means a publicly available electronic communications service that provides access to the internet, and thereby connectivity to virtually all end points of the internet, irrespective of the network technology and terminal equipment used.
