Provider Bonds definition

Provider Bonds means Variable Rate Bonds purchased by the Corporation which have not been sold pursuant to Section 2.04(b).
Provider Bonds shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.01(a) of this Agreement (which bonds may be referred to as "Bank Bonds" or another defined term in the applicable Indenture).
Provider Bonds shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 3.10(d)(ii).

  • Existing Bonds means the following obligations of Seller:
