Applied Provider Advance definition

Applied Provider Advance has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(a).
Applied Provider Advance means an Applied Downgrade Advance or an Applied Non-Extension Advance.

  • Upon the provision of a Replacement Liquidity Facility in replacement of this Agreement in accordance with Section 3.6(e) of the Intercreditor Agreement, amounts remaining on deposit in the Class A Cash Collateral Account after giving effect to any Applied Provider Advance on the date of such replacement shall be reimbursed to the Liquidity Provider, but only to the extent such amounts are necessary to repay in full to the Liquidity Provider all amounts owing to it hereunder.
