ProVantage definition

ProVantage means ProVantage and all companies in which ProVantage owned at any time beginning on the Distribution Date and ending on the Effective Date stock representing at least 80% of the vote and value (within the meaning of Code (S) 1504).
ProVantage means ProVantage and all of its subsidiaries eligible to be included in a consolidated federal income tax return filed by it as the common parent.
ProVantage means ProVantage Inc., a Minnesota corporation, and its successors.
