Proposed Jurisdiction definition

Proposed Jurisdiction means a jurisdiction which may be formed pursuant to this election which is not yet identified by a tax authority code in the County Assessor database. When the context of this Agreement so requires, a Proposed Jurisdiction will simply be referred to as a Jurisdiction.
