Property Owner Prepayments definition

Property Owner Prepayments means that portion of Revenues which are initially paid to the Authority by or on behalf of a property owner to accomplish pay-off and discharge of a lien securing the Local Obligations (except the portion, if any, of such Revenues which represents accrued interest on the Local Obligations) and which are thereafter transmitted by the Authority to the Trustee, as assignee of the Authority with respect to the Local Obligations, for deposit in the Bond Redemption Fund for application in accordance with the Trust Agreement. Property Owner Prepayments do not include payments from the proceeds of any refunding bonds issued by or on behalf of the Authority.
Property Owner Prepayments means that portion of Revenues which are initially paid to the District by or on behalf of a [residential] property owner [excluding developers] to accomplish pay-off and discharge of a lien securing Eligible Local Obligations (except the portion, if any, of such Revenues which represents accrued interest on the Eligible Local Obligations) and which are thereafter transmitted by the District to the Trustee, as assignee of the Issuer with respect to the Eligible Local Obligations, for deposit in the Redemption Fund for application in accordance with the provisions of this Trust Agreement.
Property Owner Prepayments means that portion of Revenues which are initially paid to the Local Agency by or on behalf of a property owner to accomplish pay-off and discharge of a lien securing the Local Obligations (except the portion, if any, of such Revenues which represents accrued interest on the Local Obligations) and which are thereafter transmitted by the Local Agency to the Trustee, as assignee of the Issuer with respect to the Local Obligations, for deposit in the Redemption Fund for application in accordance with the Amended and Restated Trust Agreement.

Examples of Property Owner Prepayments in a sentence

  • All Revenues derived from Property Owner Prepayments (except the portion of such Revenues relating to accrued interest, which shall be deposited in the Revenue Fund) received by the Trustee shall be immediately deposited in the Redemption Fund to be used to redeem Bonds pursuant to Section 4.02.

  • Upon any optional redemption of the Bonds as a result of Property Owner Prepayments, the Cash Flow Certificate delivered pursuant to Section 4.05 shall specify the Deficit Bond Amount.

Related to Property Owner Prepayments

  • Mortgage Borrower shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals to this Agreement.

  • Mortgage Loan Borrower Related Party shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 13.

  • Initial Prepayment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2 of this Agreement.

  • Debt Prepayment Application means, with respect to any asset disposition, the application by the Company or any Subsidiary thereof of cash in an amount equal to the Net Proceeds Amount (or portion thereof) with respect to such asset disposition to pay Senior Indebtedness of the Company or such Subsidiary.

  • Permitted Prepayment Date means the Business Day after the second (2nd) anniversary of the first Payment Date

  • Prepayment Asset Sale means any Disposition by the Borrower or its Restricted Subsidiaries made pursuant to Section 6.07(h).

  • Mandatory Prepayments means the prepayments of the Loans required by Section 3.5 hereof.

  • Prepayment Charges Any prepayment premium or charge payable by a Mortgagor in connection with any Principal Prepayment on a Mortgage Loan pursuant to the terms of the related Mortgage Note or Mortgage, as applicable.

  • Released Mortgaged Property Proceeds As to any Mortgage Loan, proceeds received by the Servicer in connection with (a) a taking of an entire Mortgaged Property by exercise of the power of eminent domain or condemnation or (b) any release of part of the Mortgaged Property from the lien of the related Mortgage, whether by partial condemnation, sale or otherwise, which are not released to the Mortgagor in accordance with applicable law and mortgage servicing standards the Servicer would use in servicing mortgage loans for its own account and this Agreement.

  • Lender PMI Mortgage Loan Certain Mortgage Loans as to which the lender (rather than the borrower) acquires the Primary Insurance Policy and charges the related borrower an interest premium.

  • REO Disposition Proceeds All amounts received with respect to an REO Disposition pursuant to Section 4.16.

  • Principal Prepayment Any payment of principal or other recovery on a Mortgage Loan, including a recovery that takes the form of Liquidation Proceeds or Insurance Proceeds, which is received in advance of its scheduled Due Date and is not accompanied by an amount as to interest representing scheduled interest on such payment due on any date or dates in any month or months subsequent to the month of prepayment.

  • Optional Prepayment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.10.

  • Partial Prepayment Any payment of principal on a Mortgage Loan, other than a Full Prepayment, which is received in advance of its scheduled Due Date and is not accompanied by an amount of interest representing scheduled interest due on any date or dates in any month or months subsequent to the month of prepayment.

  • Casualty Proceeds means, with respect to any Casualty Event, the amount of any insurance proceeds or condemnation awards received by the Borrower, any Parent Guarantor or any of their respective Subsidiaries in connection therewith, but excluding any proceeds or awards required to be paid to a creditor (other than the Lenders) which holds a first-priority Lien permitted by Section 7.2.3 on the property which is the subject of such Casualty Event.
