Project Vehicle definition

Project Vehicle means an entity which is established for the purposes of, and confines its business operations to, owning or generating Project Property, carrying out the Project Activities and incurring Project Debt.
Project Vehicle means the limited liability entity which, were it not for paragraph (n) of Clause 1.2 (Construction), would be a Subsidiary of the Company and which has been designated by the Parent to the Agent as a “Project Vehicle” (provided that, the investments by the Group in such person at the time of such designation, must constitute a Permitted Project Development Investment).

Project Vehicle means a corporate entity or an unincorporated entity, whether or not having a legal personality (including a joint-venture, a partnership, a trust, a co-ownership scheme or other business combination or risk-sharing scheme) in which QPI or any of its Restricted Entities owns shares or any other form of ownership or participating interest and which meets all of the following conditions:
