Program Implementing Agencies definition

Program Implementing Agencies means SC, DOJ, DILG, and DBM or any successors thereto; and
Program Implementing Agencies or “IAs” means each of MAF, XXXX, MOF, MOH, MOHA, MONRE, MPI, NCAW and SAO, which are responsible for carrying out certain reform measures under the Programmatic Approach and the PPPF;
Program Implementing Agencies means DBM, DOJ, DILG, PNP and OSG;

  • The Borrower shall ensure that reporting on impact of the Program following the Program period is made by the Program Implementing Agencies to the Program Executing Agency which shall in turn, report to ADB.

  • The Borrower, the Program Executing Agency, and the Program Implementing Agencies shall: (a) comply with ADB's Anticorruption Policy (1998, as amended to date) and acknowledge that ADB reserves the right to investigate directly, or through its agents, any alleged corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practice relating to the Program; and (b) cooperate with any such investigation and extend all necessary assistance for satisfactory completion of such investigation.

  • The scheme would be implemented through Program Implementing Agencies (PIAs) to be empanelled with MAEF.

  • The Beneficiary shall (a) use its best endeavors to ensure that critical Program staff will remain in their position on a full-time basis for a reasonable duration to ensure continuity in the implementation of the Program; and (b) ensure that all Program Implementing Agencies will be adequately staffed and provided with the necessary financial, technical, and other resources to perform their functions under the Program.

  • The Borrower shall ensure that DOF coordinates with Program Implementing Agencies and meet with them if needed, on an ad hoc basis, to monitor progress and to ensure effective implementation of the reforms proposed under Subprogram 1.


More Definitions of Program Implementing Agencies

Program Implementing Agencies means the various concerned departments and agencies of the Beneficiary (including MOF, DPA, DRC and RMA), and BDBL, CIB, NPPF and the Registrar of Companies;

Program Implementing Agencies for the purposes of, and within the meaning of, the Grant Regulations means the DOC and MOCS or any successors thereto acceptable to ADB, which are responsible for the implementation of the Program;
Program Implementing Agencies means DAT, DOT, DPHE, DOTr, DOHFW, DOSE and DOLRS, as described in paragraph 1 of Schedule 5 to this Loan Agreement;
Program Implementing Agencies means BSP, BTr, and SEC or any successors thereto, which are responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the Program; and
Program Implementing Agencies mean the Borrower’s Ministry of Health, Ministry of Community and Cultural Affairs, and Ministry of Justice or any successors thereto.
Program Implementing Agencies means CBA, MOE, MOEnv and MOJ or any successor to any of the foregoing acceptable to ADB.
