Program Executing Agency definition

Program Executing Agency means the entity or entities responsible for the carrying out of the Program as specified in the Loan Agreement.

Program Executing Agency means, for the purposes and within the meaning of the Loan Regulations, MOF, which is responsible for the carrying out of the Program;

Program Executing Agency means for the purposes of, and within the meaning of, the Loan Regulations means MOE, or any successor thereto acceptable to ADB, which is responsible for the carrying out of the Program;

Program Executing Agency for the purposes of, and within the meaning of, the Loan Regulations means SBV or any successor thereto acceptable to ADB, which is responsible for the carrying out of the Program;

Program Executing Agency means for the purposes and within the meaning of the Loan Regulations, Bapepam-LK, which is responsible for the carrying out of the Program;
