Professional health service corporation means an entity
Professional health service corporation means an entity defined in and subject to 40 Pa.C.S. Ch. 63 (relating to professional health services plan corporations).
School health services means health services provided by a qualified school nurse or other qualified person that are designed to enable a child with a disability to receive FAPE as described in the child’s IEP.

Telehealth facilitates patient self-management and caregiver support for patients and includes synchronous interactions and asynchronous store and forward transfers.
Health Service Provider has the meaning set out in section 2 of the LHSIA.

Indian Health Care Provider means a health care program operated by the Indian Health Service (IHS) or by an Indian Tribe, Tribal Organization, or Urban Indian Organization (otherwise known as an I/T/U) as those terms are defined in § 4 of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act (25 USC § 1603). Service Company means any entity employed by the Custodian or the Distributor, including the transfer agent for the Fund(s), to perform various administrative duties of either the Custodian or the Distributor.
