Extension of the contract programme due to ‘Non-Completion by the Contractor’ or an ‘Extension of Time’ granted under the contract, will incur a minimum cost of £375 excluding VAT, per week towards Arc 3’s costs, in addition to the agreed Professional Charges as notified above.

Payment of Professional Charges for Local Authority Approvals would only achieve Conditional Approval where applicable and the outstanding items/approval of the conditions becomes the client’s responsibility.
Client will need to provide a written instruction with an interim payment toward this Arc 3 service and Professional Charges.
The VAT inclusive aggregate amount is the amount payable by the Purchaser for the “variations” The administration fee will be twenty per centum of the total of the costs of the Principal Building Contractor together with the Professional Charges.
Once the client agrees the costs are within their budget, written instructions will be required to prepare dimensional and constructions drawings either prior to signing the contract or at the negotiation stage with the Contractor with an interim payment towards the Professional Charges.
If instructions are received and the project goes beyond the contract period agreed in the JCT Agreement, then the client will incur costs for Professional Charges from Arc 3 in the sum of £375 per week when the extension of time is granted.
Payment terms for Service Professional Charges will be as agreed upon between you and the Service Professional.
