Professional Charges definition

Professional Charges means charges made by a Physician, doctor of podiatric medicine, or dentist for an office Visit, surgical procedure, Medically Necessary assistance, or Hospital medical service.
Professional Charges means the Allowed interim and final professional fees and expenses charged by the Debtors’ Professionals, the Committee’s Professionals, and the Unknown Claims Representative.

Examples of Professional Charges in a sentence

  • Extension of the contract programme due to ‘Non-Completion by the Contractor’ or an ‘Extension of Time’ granted under the contract, will incur a minimum cost of £375 excluding VAT, per week towards Arc 3’s costs, in addition to the agreed Professional Charges as notified above.

  • Once the client agrees the costs are within their budget, written instructions will be required to prepare dimensional and constructions drawings either prior to signing the contract or at the negotiation stage with the Contractor with an interim payment towards the Professional Charges.

  • If instructions are received and the project goes beyond the contract period agreed in the JCT Agreement, then the client will incur costs for Professional Charges from Arc 3 in the sum of £375 per week when the extension of time is granted.

  • Payment terms for Service Professional Charges will be as agreed upon between you and the Service Professional.
