Produced Picture definition

Produced Picture means a Picture for which a Credit Party is acting as “lead studio” and at least a portion of the Negative Cost is provided during the course of principal photography by a Credit Party.

Produced Picture means any Qualifying Picture with respect to which (i) a Borrower is obligated to pay its share of direct negative costs in scheduled installments over the course of production and (ii) such Borrower controls production and otherwise acts as “lead studio”.

Examples of Produced Picture in a sentence

  • Except as set forth on Section 3.11(c) of the Mandate Disclosure Letter, each Mandate Produced Picture has been produced in compliance in all material respects with any and all relevant Laws or any rules, regulations or guidelines by any union, Guild, or labor organization, in any case applicable to the production and completion of such Mandate Produced Picture.

  • Bundled Product means Product sold together with any other product(s) or service(s) at a single unit price, whether packaged together or separately, and which other product(s) or service(s) have material independent value from Product itself.

  • Licensed Service means a service provided using Licensed Products or Licensed Methods, including, without limitation, any such service provided in the form of contract research or other research performed by Licensee on behalf of a third party.

  • Episode means any of the following:

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,

  • Combination Product means a product (a) containing a Licensed Product together with one or more other active ingredients, or (b) with one or more products, devices, pieces of equipment or components, but sold for an integrated price (e.g., with the purchase of one product the customer gets a coupon for the other) or for a single price.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Film means single media or multimedia entertainment content for distribution or exhibition to the general public by any means and media in any digital media format, film, or videotape, including, but not limited to, a motion picture, a documentary, a television series, a television miniseries, a television special, interstitial television programming, long-form television, interactive television, music videos, interactive games, video games, commercials, internet programming, an internet video, a sound recording, a video, digital animation, or an interactive website.

  • Licensed System means, collectively:

  • Game has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Control Act;

  • Video programming means programming provided by, or generally considered comparable to programming provided by, a television broadcast station.
