Pricing Officer definition

Pricing Officer means the County Auditor, acting as the designated pricing officer of the County to execute each Pricing Certificate. In the absence of the County Auditor, the County Judge may act as the designated pricing officer of the County to execute each Pricing Certificate.
Pricing Officer means either the Superintendent of the District, the Chief Financial Officer of the District or the Treasury of the District.
Pricing Officer means each of the Mayor, the City Manager and the City’s Chief Financial Officer, acting individually.
