Prescribed Sum definition

Prescribed Sum means a sum equivalent to the aggregate of:-
Prescribed Sum means where the customer is a domestic customer the amount specified in column 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 1, or where the customer is a non-domestic customer the amount specified in column 4 of Part 1 of Schedule 1;
Prescribed Sum means the value of the Sum set out at Annex 1 to these orders.

More Definitions of Prescribed Sum

Prescribed Sum means, where the customer is a domestic customer the amount in column 3 of Part I of Schedule 1, or where the customer is a non-domestic customer the amount in column 4 of Part I of Schedule 1, in either case opposite the reference to that paragraph or sub- paragraph of the regulation in column 1 of Part I of that Schedule;
Prescribed Sum means the fixed sum required for the purpose of repaying the Debit Balance in full and which must not exceed the Ceiling Amount.
Prescribed Sum means, in relation to any paragraph or sub-paragraph of these Regulations, the amount set out in column 3 of Schedule 1 against the reference to that paragraph or sub- paragraph in column 1 of that Schedule;
Prescribed Sum has the meaning given to that term in regulation 3 of the ESPR.
Prescribed Sum means such sum as the Legislative Assembly may from time to time, by resolution, approve.
Prescribed Sum means the sum prescribed by the regulations as the maximum sum of a claim that may be brought in an action commenced in the Small Claims Section of the Supreme Court;
Prescribed Sum means five million dollars or such greater amount as the National Assembly may from time to time, by resolution, approve.
