Military Caregiver Leave may be permitted more than once if necessary to care for a different Covered Servicemember (or the same Servicemember with multiple injuries or illnesses) up to a combined total of twenty-six (26) workweeks in a rolling twelve (12) month period.
If certified as medically necessary for the serious health condition of either you or your spouse, child or parent (Paragraphs 1 c and Id, above), or to care for a Covered Servicemember if you are a spouse, child, parent or next of kin to the Covered Servicemember (Paragraph 3, above), leave may be taken on an intermittent or reduced leave schedule.
