Related to Prepayment Effective Date

Discounted Prepayment Effective Date means in the case of a Borrower Offer of Specified Discount Prepayment, Borrower Solicitation of Discount Range Prepayment Offer or Borrower Solicitation of Discounted Prepayment Offer, five (5) Business Days following the Specified Discount Prepayment Response Date, the Discount Range Prepayment Response Date or the Solicited Discounted Prepayment Response Date, as applicable, in accordance with Section 2.05(a)(v)(B)(1), Section 2.05(a)(v)(C)(1) or Section 2.05(a)(v)(D)(1), respectively, unless a shorter period is agreed to between the Borrower and the Auction Agent.
Restatement Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in the Amendment and Restatement Agreement.
Settlement Effective Date means the date on which the Final Order is Final, provided that by such date the Settlement has not been terminated in accordance with Article 11.
Contract Effective Date means the date agreed upon by the parties for beginning the period of performance under the contract. In no case shall the effective date precede the date on which the contracting officer or designated higher approval authority signs the document.
Amendment Effective Date is defined in Article III.
Agreement Effective Date means the date on which the conditions set forth in Section 2 have been satisfied or waived by the appropriate Party or Parties in accordance with this Agreement.
Assignment Effective Date as defined in Section 10.6(b).
First Restatement Effective Date means the “Restatement Effective Date” as defined in the First Amendment Agreement.
Target Effective Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(a).
Extension Effective Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.06(c).
First Amendment Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in the First Amendment.
Second Restatement Effective Date has the meaning specified in the Second Amendment Agreement.
Second Amendment Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in the Second Amendment.
Third Amendment Effective Date shall have the meaning provided in the Third Amendment.
Eighth Amendment Effective Date shall have the meaning provided in the Eighth Amendment.
Sixth Amendment Effective Date shall have the meaning provided in the Sixth Amendment.
Fifth Amendment Effective Date shall have the meaning provided in the Fifth Amendment.
Tenth Amendment Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in the Tenth Amendment.
Seventh Amendment Effective Date has the meaning set forth in the Seventh Amendment.
Transfer Effective Date shall have the meaning set forth in each Commitment Transfer Supplement.
Fourth Amendment Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in the Fourth Amendment.
Ninth Amendment Effective Date has the meaning assigned thereto in the Ninth Amendment.
Initial Effective Date means the date that the Initial Registration Statement has been declared effective by the SEC.
Eleventh Amendment Effective Date has the meaning set forth in Section 4 of the Eleventh Amendment.
Incremental Effective Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(c).
Non-Extension Notice Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(b)(iii).
