This provision (payment will not apply in cases of tickets issued by the agent against a Prepaid Ticket Advice – PTA).

Purchase of a Prepaid Ticket Advice (PTA) constitutes purchase and issuance of a ticket for the purpose of this rule provided the PTA is purchased in accordance with the reservation and purchase requirements which apply to the fare.

Person means an individual, firm, corporation, association, partnership, or other legal entity, as the context requires or otherwise permits; Prepaid Ticket Advice means the notification between offices of a Carrier or between Carriers that a Person in one location has purchased and requested issuance of prepaid transportation as described in the authority to another Person in another location.
