Premium Licence definition

Premium Licence for fee purposes, a licence where there are more than five (5) Authorised Affiliates. To clarify, there is no limit on the number of Affiliates on the Authorised Affiliates List; and "Standard Licence" for fee purposes, a licence where there are no more than five (5) Authorised Affiliates.

CPET will produce further guidance on FLEGT-licensed or equivalent timber in due course.

  • Third Party Licenses has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.

  • End User License means any license terms imposed by any Third Party Vendor on Customers and End Users. “Force Majeure Event” means an event or occurrence:
