Pre-delivery Security definition

Pre-delivery Security means any document creating Security over the Pre-delivery Contracts in agreed form.
Pre-delivery Security means, in relation to a Ship, the document creating Security over the relevant Pre-delivery Contracts relating to that Ship in agreed form.
Pre-delivery Security means any document creating Security over the Pre-delivery Contracts in agreed form. "Premium Loan" means the initial Loan made for the purpose set out in paragraphs (a) and (b) of Clause 3.1 P( urpose).
