Potential Commercial Assessment definition

Potential Commercial Assessment means the finding, during exploration, of a deposit of CBM in commercial quantities which can be recovered at the surface in a flow measurable by conventional petroleum industry testing methods.

Related to Potential Commercial Assessment

  • Special Assessment means an assessment levied against property to pay all or a portion of the costs of making improvements that benefit the property.

  • Environmental Assessment Act means the Environmental Assessment Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.E.18.

  • Commercial area means an area in which at least 75% of the property is devoted

  • Risk assessment means a programme to determine any risk associated with any hazard at a construction site, in order to identify the steps needed to be taken to remove, reduce or control such hazard;
