Testing Methods definition

Testing Methods has the meaning specified in Section 3.5(a).
Testing Methods shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 8.7(c).
Testing Methods shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(c) of this Agreement.

Examples of Testing Methods in a sentence

  • Client shall have the right to reject any shipment of Vector that does not conform with the applicable Vector Warranty at the time of Delivery when tested in accordance with the Testing Methods (each, a “Non-Conforming Vector”).

Testing Methods has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.
