Post-Consolidation Shares definition

Post-Consolidation Shares means the Block X Shares following the completion of a consolidation of the issued and outstanding Block X Shares on the basis of one post- consolidation Block X Share for every two pre-consolidation Block Shares;
Post-Consolidation Shares means the 100 common shares of Clearbeach that will remain after the Consolidation and Cancellation, which shall (i) represent 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Clearbeach after the Consolidation and Cancellation; and (ii) be solely owned and controlled by the Purchaser.
Post-Consolidation Shares means Shares after Capital Consolidation.
