Examples of X Shares in a sentence

  • All Shares, including Class X Shares bear the pro rata share of the registration and depositary fees as well as other charges and expenses.

  • Investment Manager Fees Class X Shares may only be issued to investors who have in place an agreement with the Investment Manager in relation to the collection of an investment management fee or similar fee arrangement, which is not payable from the Net Asset Value.The Investment Manager will be paid a fee from the Company monthly in arrears at the rate of 1% per annum of the Net Asset Value of non-Class X Shares of the Fund on the Valuation Point accrued daily.

  • In respect to the Class X Shares, the investor is invoiced directly by the ACD for the payment of an annual management fee.

  • VMTP Shares means Variable Rate MuniFund Term Preferred Shares, $0.00001 par value per share, liquidation preference $100,000 per share plus an amount equal to accumulated but unpaid dividends thereon (whether or not earned or declared), of the Trust. The preferences, voting powers, restrictions, limitations as to dividends, qualifications, and terms and conditions of redemption of each series of VMTP Shares are set forth in the VMTP Shares Statement.

  • Buyer Shares means the common stock, with a par value of $0.0001 per share, of Buyer.

  • Newco Shares means the common shares in the capital of Newco;

  • Coop Shares Shares issued by a Cooperative Corporation.

  • Acquired Shares has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
