Positive Law definition

Positive Law means legislation by the Navajo Nation Council that creates or amends a section or sections of the Navajo Nation Code. See 2 N.N.C. § 110(U).

Positive Law means the laws that are enacted by Men and Women through proper authority in accordance with Kaianere:kowa for the government of a society. As Positive Law ultimately refers to physical objects and living beings, all valid Positive Law may be said to be derived from Natural Law; and
