approved scheme means a share option scheme, other than a savings-related share option scheme, approved under Schedule 4.

More Definitions of approved scheme
approved scheme means the Employees Provident Fund, private retirement scheme or any pension or provident fund, scheme or society approved by the Director General under section 150;

approved scheme means a project duly approved for urban development, redevelopment or renewal, including larger area plan, area specified and notified for specific use, traffic control plans, housing and zoning scheme.
