Portfolio Mortgage Loan definition

Portfolio Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan which is part of a portfolio of cross-collateralized and/or cross-defaulted mortgage loans.
Portfolio Mortgage Loan means any Mortgage Loan that, as of any given date, the Owner does not intend to effect a Transfer of within the next one hundred eighty (180) days. All such Mortgage Loans shall be identified by the Owner in accordance with the terms of Section 7.03.
Portfolio Mortgage Loan means a Loan which is part of a portfolio of cross-collateralized and/or cross-defaulted mortgage loans.
