Definition of Portfolio General Receivables Account

  1. Portfolio General Receivables Account means an account established at Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, or another national bank or other financial institution approved by Administrative Agent into which the Borrowers will deposit, or cause to be deposited, all general receivables and other income generated from the operations of the Borrowing Base Assets and proceeds of the Third Party Payor Receivables Accounts, and which account will be (a) in the name of Borrower Representative, as agent for all Borrowers, and (b) subject to a Blocked Account Agreement in form satisfactory to Administrative Agent.
