Borrower Representative definition

Borrower Representative has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.01.

Borrower Representative means the Company, in its capacity as contractual representative of the Borrowers pursuant to Article XI.

• The Lender shall disburse funds from the Fund only upon receipt of a requisition, appropriately completed and signed by an Authorized Borrower Representative in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Borrower Representative means Sientra, in its capacity as Borrower Representative pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.9, or any successor Borrower Representative selected by Borrowers and approved by Agent.
