POP Rooms definition

POP Rooms means and refer to the POP Rooms described in Item 16 of the Basic Lease Information.
POP Rooms. The primary POP Room (approximately as depicted on Exhibit “A”, the “PPOP Room”) and the secondary POP Room (approximately as depicted on Exhibit “A”, the “SPOP Room”; together with the PPOP Room, collectively, the “POP Rooms”), each being located on the first (1st) floor of the Building.

  • From the lenders’ perspective, it is critical to ensure that any claims of a derivatives counterparty under a secured transaction (or series of transactions) which are in excess of the borrowing base allocated to that transaction (or series of transactions) rank behind those of the lenders.

  • In such event, all operations in the POP Rooms (including all MMR Services), and all Tenant presences in the POP Rooms, including pathways, may be governed and controlled by the Third Party POP Room Operator; each and all of which shall be subject to the terms of this Lease and such agreements and costs as are mutually agreed in writing, by and between Tenant and the Third Party POP Room Operator.

  • Tenant acknowledges and agrees that all interconnections between the systems of Tenant and those of other tenants of the Datacenter, and all cross-connects between the systems of Tenant and those of carriers in the Building, must be made in the POP Rooms.

  • The “Connectivity Areas” are collectively: POP Rooms; POE Rooms; Meet Me Rooms; Inside Plant (ISP); and Outside Plant (OSP).

  • In such event, all operations in the POP Rooms (including all MMR Services), and all Tenant presences in the POP Room, including pathways, may be governed and controlled by the Third Party POP Room Operator; each and all of which shall be subject to the terms of this Lease and such agreements and costs as are mutually agreed in writing, by and between Tenant and the Third Party POP Room Operator.

  • In the POP Rooms, DC cabling cannot be run on the overhead horizontal ladder rack or cable tray.

  • Tenant acknowledges and agrees that any cabinets or other rack space located in the POP Rooms described in this Lease or hereafter added to this Lease (each, a “POP Licensed Areas”) is provided on an "as-is" basis, and Landlord makes no representation or warranty that any POP Licensed Area is suitable or fit for Tenant's intended purpose.

  • Tenant acknowledges and agrees that all interconnections between the systems of Tenant and those of other occupants of the Building, and all cross-connects between the systems of Tenant and those of carriers in the Building, must be made in the POP Rooms.

  • Tenant acknowledges and agrees that all interconnections between the systems of Tenant and those of other tenants of the Datacenter, and all cross-connects between the systems of Tenant and those of carriers and other telecommunications service providers in the Building, must be made in the POP Rooms.

  • Tenant desires to lease (i) space in the Datacenter and (ii) certain Pathways between the Datacenter and the POP Rooms, as described in Exhibit C.

Related to POP Rooms

  • Guest Rooms means each rentable unit in the Hotel generally used for overnight guest accommodations, the entrance to which is controlled by the same key, provided that adjacent rooms with connecting doors that can be locked and rented as separate units are considered separate Guest Rooms. The initial number of approved Guest Rooms is set forth in the Addendum.

  • Toilet room means a room containing a water closet and a wash basin.

  • Guest Room means a separately-keyed lodging unit in the Hotel.

  • Campsite means any place where any bedding, sleeping bag, or other material used for bedding purposes, or any stove or fire is placed, established or maintained for the purpose of maintaining a temporary place to live, whether or not such place incorporates the use of any tent, lean-to, shack, or any other structure, or any vehicle or part thereof.

  • Kitchen means a food preparation area that includes a sink, refrigerator and a microwave oven or stove.

  • Room means a room or other space provided for sleeping that can be rented independently, including the furnishings and other accessories in the room. Room includes, but is not limited to, a condominium or time-sharing unit that, pursuant to a management agreement, may be used to provide dwelling, lodging, or sleeping quarters for a transient guest.

  • Carpet Area means the net usable floor, area of an Flat/Apartment, excluding the area covered by the external walls, areas under services shafts, excluding balcony or verandah area and exclusive open terrace, but includes the area covered by the internal partition walls of the flat/apartment;

  • Amenities are those areas specifically set forth in the Rules and Regulations for the Community.

  • Pavement means any type of improved surface that is within the public right-of-way and that is paved or otherwise constructed with bituminous, concrete, aggregate, or gravel.

  • Transient lodging means a room or a suite of rooms.

  • Passenger area means the area designed to seat the driver and passengers while a motor vehicle is in operation and any area that is readily accessible to the driver or a passenger while in his or her seating position, including but not limited to any type of glove or storage compartment accessible to passengers or driver.

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Bedroom means a habitable room larger than seven square metres, including a den, study, or other similar area, but does not include a living room, dining room or kitchen;

  • stacked bicycle parking space means a horizontal bicycle parking space that is positioned above or below another bicycle parking space and equipped with a mechanical device providing floor level access to both bicycle parking spaces.

  • Patio means an uncovered horizontal structure with a surface height, at any point, no greater than 0.60 metres above grade, intended for use as an outdoor amenity space.

  • Lobby means a covered space in which all the adjoining rooms open;

  • Bathroom means any room containing a built-in flush-type toilet.

  • Stations means the Owned Stations and the Contract Stations.

  • Billboard means a public display used to advertise, including:

  • business vertical means a distinguishable component of an enterprise that is engaged in the supply of individual goods or services or a group of related goods or services which is subject to risks and returns that are different from those of the other business verticals.

  • Vending facility means automatic vending machines, cafeterias, snack bars, cart service, shelters, counters, and such other appropriate auxiliary equipment which may be operated by licensed managers and which is necessary for the sale of newspapers, periodicals, confections, tobacco products, foods, beverages, and other articles or services dispensed automatically or manually and prepared on or off the premises in accordance with all applicable health laws and including the vending or exchange of chances for any lottery authorized by State Law and conducted by an agency of a State within such State.   • Basement means any area of the building having its floor subgrade (below ground level) on all sides.

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • Amenity means roads, streets, open spaces, parks recreational grounds, play grounds, gardens, water supply, electric supply, street lighting, sewerage, drainage, public works and other utilities, services and conveniences.
