Pooled Substances definition

Pooled Substances means all petroleum, natural gas and all fluids and associated substances, which may be produced from the Pooled Lands in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Title Documents as may be prescribed by the Regulations.
Pooled Substances means those substances as specified in Schedule "A" which may be produced from the Pooled Lands in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Title Documents as may from time to time be prescribed by the Regulations.
Pooled Substances means the (Choices: petroleum substances // petroleum and natural gas and all fluids and substances associated therewith // natural gas and associated petroleum substances // coalbed methane // other) as specified in Schedule "A" which may be produced from the Pooled Lands in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Title Documents as may from time to time be prescribed by the Regulations.

Examples of Pooled Substances in a sentence

  • As of the Effective Date, and unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, all costs and expenses incurred with respect to the Pooled Lands and all Pooled Substances produced and revenues received as a result of Operations on the Pooled Lands shall be allocated among the Parties in accordance with their respective Pooled Interests.

  • Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 9.00 and Article 10.00 of the Operating Procedure, under no circumstance may a Party Complete a well in one or more formations included in the Pooled Lands and also in any other formation or for any substance not included in the Pooled Lands or Pooled Substances without the consent of the other Parties, which consent may be refused by a Party for any reason.

  • As of the Effective Date, and except as may otherwise be provided herein, the Operating Procedure as amended by this Agreement: governs the relationship of the Parties as to their respective Pooled Interests; and applies to all Operations conducted on the Pooled Lands and the production of Pooled Substances therefrom.

  • Each Party hereby pools its respective Pre-Pooled Interest in and to the Title Documents, the Pooled Lands and the Pooled Substances only to the extent necessary for the production of Pooled Substances from the Pooled Lands, so that, as of the Effective Date, all Operations on the Pooled Lands may be conducted without regard to the boundary lines of the separate Title Documents comprising the Pooled Lands.

  • As a result, the remaining losers get a lower share of thetax revenues, namely (1−)− (when this is positive), where the numerator represents the(1−)(1−)difference between the tax revenue collected from (unaffiliated) winners, and the compen- sation paid to affiliated losers.

  • Each Party hereby pools its respective Pre-Pooled Interest in and to the Title Documents, the Pooled Lands and the Pooled Substances only to the extent necessary for the production of Pooled Substances from the Pooled Well, so that, as of the Effective Date, all Operations on the Pooled Lands may be conducted without regard to the boundary lines of the separate Title Documents comprising the Pooled Lands.

  • The following Schedules are attached to and incorporated into this Agreement: Schedule “A”, which describes the Title Documents, the Pooled Lands, the Pooled Formations, the Pooled Substances, the Pre-Pooled Interests, the Encumbrances and the Pooled Interests; and Schedule “B”, which contains the elections and amendments to the Operating Procedure.

  • The following Schedules are attached to and incorporated into this Agreement: Schedule “A”, which describes the Pooled Lands, the Pooled Formations, the Pooled Substances, the Title Documents, the Pre-Pooled Interests and the Encumbrances; and Schedule “B”, which contains the elections and amendments to the Operating Procedure.

Related to Pooled Substances

  • Controlled substances means a substance, including a drug and an immediate precursor listed in Schedules I through V of Subchapter A of the Texas Controlled Substances Act, Tex. Rev. Civ. Stat. Ann. Articles

  • Regulated Substances means pollutants, contaminants, hazardous or toxic substances, compounds or related materials or chemicals, hazardous materials, hazardous waste, flammable explosives, radon, radioactive materials, asbestos, urea formaldehyde foam insulation, polychlorinated biphenyls, petroleum and petroleum products (including, but not limited to, waste petroleum and petroleum products) as regulated under applicable Environmental Laws.

  • Substances means chemical elements and their compounds in the natural state or obtained by any production process, including any additive necessary to preserve the stability of the products and any impurity deriving from the process used, but excluding any solvent which may be separated without affecting the stability of the substance or changing its composition;

  • scheduled substance means any medicine or other substance included in any Schedule to the Medicines and Related Substances Control Act, 2003 (Act No. 13 of 2003);

  • Hazardous Substances means any hazardous waste, hazardous substance, pollutant, contaminant, toxic substance, oil, hazardous material, chemical or other substance regulated by any Environmental Law.

  • Controlled substance means a controlled substance in schedules I through V of Section 202 of the Controlled Substances Act (2l U.S.C. 8l2) and as further defined in regulation at 2l CFR l308.ll-l308.l5.

  • Chemical substance means a substance intended to be used as a precursor in the manufacture of a controlled substance or any other chemical intended to be used in the manufacture of a controlled substance. Intent under this subsection may be demonstrated by the substance's use, quantity, manner of storage, or proximity to other precursors or to manufacturing equipment.

  • Regulated substance means any substance, material or waste the use, generation, handling, storage, treatment or disposal of which is regulated by any local or state government authority, including any of the same designated by any authority as hazardous, genetic, cloning, fetal, or embryonic.

  • Dangerous Substances means a substance or article described in regulation 3 of the Dangerous Substances Regulations;

  • hazardous properties include radioactive, toxic or explosive properties; “nuclear material” means source material, special nuclear material or byproduct material; “source material”, “special nuclear material”, and “byproduct material” have the meanings given them in the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 or in any law amendatory thereof; “spent fuel” means any fuel element or fuel component, solid or liquid, which has been used or exposed to radiation in a nuclear reactor; “waste” means any waste material (1) containing byproduct material other than the tailings or wastes produced by the extraction or concentration of uranium or thorium from any ore processed primarily for its source material content and (2) resulting from the operation by any person or organization of any nuclear facility included under the first two paragraphs of the definition of nuclear facility; “nuclear facility” means

  • Imitation controlled substance means a substance that is

  • toxic substances as defined by the Toxic Substances Control Act, as amended from time to time (“TSCA”), (4) “hazardous materials” as defined by the Hazardous Materials Transportation Act, as amended from time to time (“HMTA”), (5) asbestos, oil or other petroleum products, radioactive materials, urea formaldehyde foam insulation, radon gas and transformers or other equipment that contains dielectric fluid containing polychlorinated biphenyls and (6) any substance whose presence is detrimental or hazardous to health or the environment, including, without limitation, microbial or fungal matter or mold, or is otherwise regulated by federal, state and local environmental laws (including, without limitation, RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA, HMTA), rules, regulations and orders, regulating, relating to or imposing liability or standards of conduct concerning any Hazardous Materials or environmental, health or safety compliance (collectively, “Environmental Requirements”). As used in this Contract: “Release” means spilling, leaking, pumping, pouring, emitting, emptying, discharging, injecting, escaping, leaching, dumping or disposing.

  • Hazardous Materials means all explosive or radioactive substances or wastes and all hazardous or toxic substances, wastes or other pollutants, including petroleum or petroleum distillates, asbestos or asbestos containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, radon gas, infectious or medical wastes and all other substances or wastes of any nature regulated pursuant to any Environmental Law.

  • Hazardous Material means any substance, material or waste that is classified, regulated or otherwise characterized under any Environmental Law as hazardous, toxic, a contaminant or a pollutant or by other words of similar meaning or regulatory effect, including petroleum or any fraction thereof, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls and radioactive substances.

  • Controlled Substances Act means the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. Sections 801 et seq.), as amended from time to time, and any successor statute.

  • Petroleum Substances means petroleum, natural gas, natural gas liquids, related hydrocarbons and any and all other substances, whether liquid, solid or gaseous, whether hydrocarbons or not, produced or producible in association with any of the foregoing.

  • Hazardous Materials does not include products or materials that are commonly used in construction or industrial practice so long as they are used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions or Material Safety Data Sheets issued for the product or materials. (See Article 1.6.3 below.)

  • Wastes means and includes any hazardous, toxic or dangerous waste, liquid, substance or material (including petroleum products and derivatives), the generation, handling, storage, disposal, treatment or emission of which is subject to any Environmental Law.

  • Hazardous chemical has the meaning given in subregulation 5(1) of the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011 (Cth) and includes: prohibited carcinogen, as defined in subregulation 5(1) of the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011 (Cth); restricted carcinogen, as defined in subregulation 5(1) of the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011 (Cth); hazardous chemicals the use of which is restricted under regulation 382 of the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011 (Cth), including polychlorinated biphenyls; Schedule 11 Hazardous Chemicals; hazardous chemicals listed in Table 14.1 of Schedule 14 of the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011 (Cth); Schedule 15 Chemicals; and lead as defined in subregulation 5(1) of the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011 (Cth).

  • Gaseous pollutants means the exhaust gas emissions of carbon monoxide, oxides of nitrogen expressed in nitrogen dioxide (NO2) equivalent and hydrocarbons assuming ratio of:

  • Contaminants or "pollutants," or words of similar import, under any Environmental Law and (c) any other substance exposure to which is regulated under any Environmental Law.

  • Hazardous Wastes means all waste materials subject to regulation under CERCLA, RCRA or applicable state law, and any other applicable Federal and state laws now in force or hereafter enacted relating to hazardous waste disposal.

  • Harmful substance means any substance which, if introduced into the sea, is liable to create hazards to human health, to harm living resources and marine life, to damage amenities or to interfere with other legitimate uses of the sea, and includes any substance subject to control by the present Convention.

  • Hazardous Substance Activity also means any existence of Hazardous Substances on the Property that would cause the Property or the owner or operator thereof to be in violation of, or that would subject the Property to any remedial obligations under, any Environmental Laws, including CERCLA and RCRA, assuming disclosure to the applicable governmental authorities of all relevant facts, conditions and circumstances pertaining to the Property.
