Pooled Commercial Paper definition

Pooled Commercial Paper means Commercial Paper notes of a Conduit subject to any particular pooling arrangement by such Conduit, but excluding Commercial Paper issued by such Conduit for a tenor and in an amount specifically requested by any Person in connection with any agreement effected by such Conduit.

Pooled Commercial Paper means Commercial Paper notes of any Pool Company subject to any particular pooling arrangement by such Pool Company, but excluding Commercial Paper issued by such Pool Company for a tenor and in an amount specifically requested by any Person in connection with any agreement effected by such Pool Company.

Pooled Commercial Paper means all short-term Commercial Paper issued by a Purchaser from time to time, subject to any pooling arrangement by such Purchaser, but excluding short-term Commercial Paper issued by such Purchaser both for a tenor and in an amount specifically requested by any Person in connection with any receivables purchase facility effected by such Purchaser.
