Related Commercial Paper definition

Related Commercial Paper means Commercial Paper issued by the Company the proceeds of which were used to acquire, or refinance the acquisition of, an interest in Receivables with respect to the Transferor.

Related Commercial Paper means, at any time of determination, Commercial Paper the proceeds of which are then allocated by the Related Funding Agent as the source of funding the acquisition or maintenance of, the Asset Interest.

Related Commercial Paper means, for any period with respect to any Conduit, any Commercial Paper of such Conduit issued or deemed issued for purposes of financing or maintaining any Loan by such Conduit (including any discount, yield, or interest thereon) outstanding on any day during such period.
