Pool of Loans definition

Pool of Loans means all those Applicable Underlying Loans and Applicable Consumer Loans at any time being serviced by Servicer under this Agreement.
Pool of Loans means a pool of loans which is comprised substantially of any one or more of the following:
Pool of Loans means all those Consumer Loans at any time being serviced by Servicing Agent hereunder.

  • The corresponding amounts are recognised in the performance rights reserve and the statement of profit and loss respectively.

  • Whenever the Issuer receives a scheduled repayment of the principal of any of the Lender’s Loans which are backed with the pledge over the Underlying Loans within the pool, the amount shall be collected and distributed on monthly basis on Interest Payment Date equally among all the Securities within the particular Pool of Loans.
