Pool Documentation Package definition

Pool Documentation Package means those documents required to be submitted to Xxxxxx Xxx in connection with the issuance of a Pool by Xxxxxx Mae in accordance with the Xxxxxx Xxx Guide.

The Master Servicer fails to approve the Pool Documentation Package, as defined in the Servicing Agreement, or the Mortgage Lender fails to deliver all documents to the Mortgage File on a timely basis, or such documentation for Mortgage Loans do not conform to the requirements of the Program Guide and the GNMA Guide or the Fannie Mae Guides, as applicable.
Following the Custodian’s satisfactory review of the applicable documents of the Pool Documentation Package, the Custodian will give initial certification to GNMA, Xxxxxx Mae or Xxxxxxx Mac, as applicable, and the Servicer shall cause a GNMA Certificate, Xxxxxx Mae Security or Xxxxxxx Mac Security to be issued in a principal amount equal to the outstanding principal amount of the Mortgage Loans represented by the Pool Documentation Package.
The obligation to purchase such GNMA Certificate, Xxxxxx Mae Security or Xxxxxxx Mac Security is conditioned upon the Mortgage Loans represented by the Pool Documentation Package being in conformity with all requirements of the Program Documents.
The Servicer shall prepare the Pool Documentation Package in accordance with Ginnie Mae, Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac guidelines (whichever is applicable).
Following the Servicer's monthly receipt or purchase, if applicable, of Mortgage Loans pursuant to the MRB Origination Agreement in amounts sufficient to create a Pool, the Servicer shall prepare monthly, if applicable, the Pool Documentation Package for such Mortgage Loans and cause a Xxxxxx Xxx Security, Xxxxxx Mae Security and Xxxxxxx Mac PCs, as applicable, to be issued in the same principal amount as the outstanding principal amount of the Mortgage Loans represented by the Pool Documentation Package.

Pool Documentation Package means those documents as required to be submitted to (a) GNMA in connection with the submission of a “pool” for guaranty by GNMA in accordance with the GNMA Guide, (b) Xxxxxxx Mac in connection with the submission of a “pool” for a guaranty by Xxxxxxx Mac in accordance with Xxxxxxx Mac Guides and (c) Xxxxxx Xxx in connection with the submission of a “pool” for a guaranty by Xxxxxx Mae in accordance with the Xxxxxx Xxx Guides.

Pool Documentation Package means those documents as required by a Certificate Provider.

Related to Pool Documentation Package

Design Documentation means all schematics and test, assembly and package documentation relating to the Product, including all design, specification and assembly documentation and data files for Materials, which is necessary for the production, manufacture, qualification, testing and delivery of the Product to be attached as Exhibit A.
Related Documentation means, with respect to Software, all materials, documentation (including control documentation utilized in connection with an audit), specifications, technical manuals, user manuals, flow diagrams, file descriptions and other written information that describes the function and use of such Software, but excluding source code.
Acquisition Documentation collectively, the Acquisition Agreement and all schedules, exhibits and annexes thereto and all side letters and agreements affecting the terms thereof or entered into in connection therewith.
Program Documentation refers to the user manuals, help windows, readme files for the Services and any Oracle Software. You may access the documentation online at xxxx://xxxxxx.xxx/contracts or such other address specified by Oracle.
Account Documentation means any and all Account information, credit applications, Cardholder Agreements and change in terms notices, Charge Transaction Data, charge slips, credit slips, payments, credit information and documents or forms of any type and in any media relating to the Program, excluding materials used for advertising or solicitations.
User Documentation means that documentation regarding the operation, guidelines and features and functionality of Clover Insights that is made available to you from time to time at the website, by internet link or otherwise. User Documentation may be modified from time to time by First Data or its third party provider(s).
Supporting Documentation means the documents listed in Schedule A of this Certificate which forms part of this
Security Documentation means the Security Documentation applicable to the specific Services purchased by Client, as updated from time to time, or as otherwise made reasonably available by IRONSCALES.
Data File means a single record or collection of data records that are logically related to each other, and are handled as a unit;
Flood Documentation means, with respect to each Mortgaged Property located in the United States of America or any territory thereof, (i) a completed “life-of-loan” Federal Emergency Management Agency standard flood hazard determination (to the extent a Mortgaged Property is located in a Special Flood Hazard Area, together with a notice about Special Flood Hazard Area status and flood disaster assistance duly executed by the Borrower and the applicable Loan Party relating thereto) and (ii) a copy of, or a certificate as to coverage under, and a declaration page relating to, the insurance policies required by Section 5.02(c) hereof and the applicable provisions of the Security Documents, each of which shall (A) be endorsed or otherwise amended to include a “standard” or “New York” lender’s loss payable or mortgagee endorsement (as applicable), (B) name the Collateral Agent, on behalf of the Secured Parties, as additional insured and loss payee/mortgagee, (C) identify the address of each property located in a Special Flood Hazard Area, the applicable flood zone designation and the flood insurance coverage and deductible relating thereto and (D) be otherwise in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.
Participant Documentation means the agreements (together with any applicable schedules, exhibits or appendices thereto required by BSEF) in form and substance acceptable to BSEF, that are required to be executed and delivered to BSEF before a Person may access the SEF operated by BSEF as a Participant. Participant Documentation shall not include DMA Customer Documentation.
Co-Documentation Agent as defined in the preamble hereto.
