PNMAC Mortgage Opportunity Agreement definition

PNMAC Mortgage Opportunity Agreement means the Limited Partnership Agreement of PNMAC Mortgage Opportunity Fund, L.P., among PNMAC Opportunity Fund Associates, LLC, as general partner, and the partners party thereto, dated as of August 1, 2008, as in effect on the Closing Date and any amendment, modification or replacement of such agreement that is permitted hereunder.
