Plan Employee definition

Plan Employee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.5(g).
Plan Employee means any individual designated to Vision Twenty-One, and thereafter designated by Vision Twenty-One to Provider, as a full-time employee of any Plan.

  • No later than the date as of which an amount first becomes includable in the gross income of the Employee for federal income tax purposes with respect to the exercise of any option under the Plan, Employee shall pay to the Company, or make arrangements satisfactory to the Committee regarding the payment of, any federal, state, or local taxes of any kind required by law to be withheld with respect to such amount.

  • The Medical Marijuana Business seeking to obtain financing or otherwise establish any type of relationship with an Indirect Beneficial Interest Owner, including a Permitted Economic Interest, a Commercially Reasonably Royalty Interest Holder, a Profit-Sharing Plan Employee, or a Qualified Institutional Investor, must file all required documents with the Division, including any supplemental documents requested by the Division in the course of its review of the application.

  • A Profit-Sharing Plan Employee shall disclose in writing to the Division and to the Medical Marijuana Business any and all disqualifying events, within ten days after occurrence of the event that could lead to a finding that the Profit-Sharing Plan Employee does not qualify or no longer qualifies under the Medical Code and these rules, including but not limited to Rule M 231.2(B), to participate in the Profit-Sharing Plan.

  • Non-Employee means a consultant, adviser, service provider, Controlling Shareholder or any other person who is not an Employee.

  • Designated Employee means an employee who has been designated by the school to receive complaints of hazing, harassment and bullying pursuant to subdivision 16 V.S.A. 570a(a)(7). The designated employees for each school building are identified in Appendix A of this policy.

  • Active Employee means a contributing member of the TRS who is employed by a public school and is not entitled to coverage under a plan provided under Insurance Code Chapter 1551 (Texas Em- ployees Group Benefits Act) or 1601 (State University Employees Uniform Insurance Benefits Act).

  • Participating employee means an employee whose election to participate in a Plan has been approved by the employer.

  • Retained Employee does not include any individual who has a direct or an indirect ownership interest of at least five percent (5%) in the profits, equity, capital, or value of the Taxpayer, or a child, grandchild, parent, or spouse, other than a spouse who is legally separated from the individual, of any individual who has direct or indirect ownership interest of at least five percent (5%) of the profits, equity, capital or value of the Company.

  • Qualifying Employee means any employee of Managing Agent or Parent or any of their respective subsidiaries who is and has been an employee of Managing Agent or Parent or any of their respective subsidiaries for at least thirty-six (36) months.

  • Other employee means an individual employed by a primary owner who is not authorized to provide proposition player services. “Other employee” does not include any owner, any supervisor, or any officer or director of a primary owner that is a corporation. An individual registered or licensed as an “other employee” may not function as a player unless and until that individual applies for and obtains registration or licensure as a player.

  • Salaried Employee means an employee who is not covered by the Fair Labor Standards Act who regularly receives each pay period a predetermined amount constituting all or part of compensation. This base salary cannot be reduced because of variations in the quality or quantity of work performed.

  • Permanent Employee means an employee in the classified service who has successfully completed a probationary period.

  • Service employee, means any person engaged in the performance of this contract other than any person employed in a bona fide executive, administrative, or professional capacity, as these terms are defined in Part 541 of Title 29, Code of Federal Regulations, as revised. It includes all such persons regardless of any contractual relationship that may be alleged to exist between a Contractor or subcontractor and such persons.

  • Company Employee means an employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Inactive Employee means an employee who is not actively at work due to approved leave of absence, short-term disability leave or military leave.

  • Public employee means an individual holding a position by appointment or employment in the government of this state, in the government of 1 or more of the political subdivisions of this state, in the public school service, in a public or special district, in the service of an authority, commission, or board, or in any other branch of the public service, subject to the following exceptions:

  • Current Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 7.8(a).

  • Non-Key Employee means any Employee who is not a Key Employee.

  • Casual Employee means an employee who has no set hours or days of work and who is normally asked to work as and when required.

  • New employee means a Full-Time Employee first employed by the Company in the Project and who is hired on or after the Effective Date of this Agreement.

  • Probationary Employee means an employee who is serving a probation period and is employed in a regular or limited-term position. PROMOTION shall mean the movement of a regular, limited-term or probationary employee from one (1) class to another class where the maximum step on the new salary range is at least one (1) full step higher than the maximum step of the old salary range. REASSIGNMENT shall mean the movement of a regular, limited-term or probationary employee from one (1) class to another class on the same salary range or to a class where the maximum step on the new salary range is less than one (1) full step higher or lower than the maximum step of the old salary range. RECRUITING STEP shall be the first step of the salary range allocated to a class unless otherwise authorized by the Board or the Chief Human Resources Officer. REDUCTION shall mean the movement of a regular, limited-term or probationary employee from one (1) class to another class where the maximum step of the new salary range is at least one (1) full step lower than the maximum step of the old salary range. REGULAR EMPLOYEE shall mean an employee who is not on probation and is employed in a regular or limited-term position. REGULAR POSITION shall mean a position established on a permanent year- round basis requiring work on a regular schedule unless otherwise authorized by minute order of the Board. SENIORITY shall mean total continuous full-time equivalent service as a regular employee.

  • Newly hired employee or “New Hire” means any employee, whether permanent, full-time, or part-time, hired by the Office and who is still employed as of the date of new employee orientation. It also includes all employees who are or have been previously employed by the Office and whose current position has placed them in the bargaining unit represented by CSEA. For those latter employees, for purposes of this article only, the “date of hire” is the date upon which the employees’ employment status changed as such that the employee was placed in the CSEA unit.
