Place of purchase definition

Place of purchase means the country and name of the processing facility where the fuel or energy underwent the last substantial transformation used to confer the origin of the fuel or energy in accordance with Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2454/93.

If a product is disassembled and reassembled, the place of reassembly is not the place of manufacture.

  • Registered Office means the registered office for the time being of the Company.

  • Last known address means the address the Tax Administrator has at the time a document is originally sent by certified mail, or any address the Tax Administrator can ascertain using reasonable means such as the use of a change of address service offered by the postal service or an authorized delivery service under Section5703.056 of the ORC.
