PIK Component definition

PIK Component means (i) if Grid Level 2 (as set forth in the definition of Applicable Rate) is applicable, 0.50% per annum, or (ii) if Grid Level 3 (as set forth in the definition of Applicable Rate) is applicable, 1.00% per annum.”
PIK Component means the portion of the outstanding principal balance of a Loan Asset which represents interest which has accrued in kind and has been added to the principal balance of such Loan Asset.
PIK Component means the portion of the Applicable Rate which shall be paid in kind.
