Phase 1 Bid definition

Phase 1 Bid means the bid submitted by the Shipper in phase 1 of OS 2017 as this is set out in further detail in the OS 2017 Rules.
Phase 1 Bid means the bid submitted by a Participant in Phase 1.
Phase 1 Bid means the Order to Proceed, submitted by a Participant in Phase 1 in accord- ance with the OS 2017 Rules.

Examples of Phase 1 Bid in a sentence

  • After the Phase 1 Bid Deadline (March 5, 2015), there were 38 Store leases2 for which no LOI had been received.

  • During the period after the Phase 1 Bid Deadline but before the Qualified Bid Deadline (April 23, 2015), the Target Canada Entities, with the consent of the Monitor, delivered 31 disclaimer notices pursuant to section 32 of the CCAA with respect to leases for 12 Stores and19 office and/or warehouse facilities, for properties where no LOIs had been received.

  • Such assessment will be made as promptly as practicable but no later than five (5) Business Days following the Phase 1 Bid Deadline.

  • Following the Phase 1 Bid Deadline, the Applicants, the Monitor and RBC will assess the Phase 1 Bids.

  • If the Proposal Trustee is not satisfied with the number or terms of the Qualified LOIs, the Proposal Trustee, in consultation with the Company, may extend the Phase 1 Bid Deadline without further Court approval and, unless otherwise provided for by the Proposal Trustee, the Phase 2 Bid Deadline, Qualified Phase 2 Bid Assessment Deadline and the Completion Date shall be extended by the same time period.

  • A Potential Bidder will be deemed a " Qualified Bidder" if, in the opinion of the Proposal Trustee, such Potential Bidder submits a non-binding, qualified letter of intent (a "Qualified LOI") to the Proposal Trustee, with a copy to the Company, at anytime before 5:00 pm (Calgary time) on April 21, 2022(the "Phase 1 Bid Deadline") or such other date as the Proposal Trustee selects and confirms in the Teaser and other informational notices relevant to the SISP.

  • If any Insider Bidder determines that he or she will not submit an Insider Bid, such Insider Bidder shall advise the Proposal Trustee of such intent as soon as reasonably practicable and, in any event, not later than seven (7) days prior to the Phase 1 Bid Deadline.

  • In order to continue to participate in the SISP after the Phase 1 Bid Deadline, a Qualified Bidder must deliver a binding and definitive agreement to the Proposal Trustee, with a copy to the Company by no later than 5:00 p.m. (Calgary time) on May 6, 2022 or such other date as the Proposal Trustee selects and confirms in informational notices relevant to the SISP (the " Phase 2 Bid Deadline").

  • The Applicants, with the consent of the Monitor, may waive compliance with any one or more of the Phase 1 Bid Requirements1 and deem such non-compliant Phase 1 Bid to be a Qualified Phase 1 Bid.

  • Article 99 (1) This Convention enters into force, subject to the provisions of paragraph (6) of this article, on the first day of the month following the expiration of twelve months after the date of deposit of the tenth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, including an instrument which contains a declaration made under article 92.

Related to Phase 1 Bid

  • Base Bid means a Bid for Public Works to be performed or Supplies or Services to be furnished under a City Contract, including additives, alternates, deductives, excluding force accounts, and taxes collected separately pursuant to Washington Administrative Code (“WAC”) 458-20-171.

  • Contract base bid means the total dollar amount a contractor bids on a contract without factoring any bid incentive or percentage reductions to the bid amount.

  • BC Bid means the BC Bid website located at www.bcbid.ca;

  • Proposal / Bid means the technical proposal and the commercial/financial proposal.

  • Phase I Study means a study in humans which provides for the first introduction into humans of a product, conducted in healthy volunteers or patients to obtain information on product safety, tolerability, pharmacological activity or pharmacokinetics, as more fully defined in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(a) (or the non-United States equivalent thereof).

  • Technical Bid means the bid submitted online through the electronic bidding platform, containing the documents as listed out in Clause 2.5.2 of this RFP;

  • Successful Bid means the Bid of the Successful Bidder for acquisition of assets of the Corporate Debtor and as declared by the Liquidator in terms of sub-clause VIII of Clause 5.4 of this document.

  • Phase 1 means the first implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2018 and ending May 31, 2022.

  • Phase III Study means a human clinical trial that is prospectively designed to demonstrate statistically whether a product is safe and effective for use in humans in a manner sufficient to obtain regulatory approval to market such product in patients having the disease or condition being studied as described in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(c) (FDCA), as amended from time to time, and the foreign equivalent thereof.

  • Price Bid means the Price Bid submitted by the Bidder, in accordance with Clause 8.15.2;

  • Phase 1 Clinical Trial means a Clinical Trial of a Product on sufficient numbers of normal volunteers and/or patients that is designed to establish that such Product is safe for its intended use and to support its continued testing in Phase 2 Clinical Trials. For purposes of this Agreement, ‘initiation’ of a Phase 1 Clinical Trial for a Product means the first dosing of such Product in a human subject in a Phase 1 Clinical Trial.

  • Phase II Study means a study in humans of the safety, dose ranging or efficacy of a product, as further defined in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(b) (or the equivalent thereof outside the United States).

  • Phase III means human clinical trials, the principal purpose of which is to establish substantial evidence of both safety and efficacy in patients with the disease or condition being studied, as more fully defined in 21 C.F.R. §312.21(c) or similar clinical study in a country other than the United States. Phase III shall also include any other human clinical trial intended to serve as a pivotal trial to support the submission of an application for regulatory approval.

  • Phase 1 Trial means, with respect to a Licensed Product, a clinical trial (or — in case of a multi-phase clinical trial — those parts of a clinical trial) in line with the provisions of 21CFR312, Section 21 (a).

  • Buy Bid means a bid to buy Capacity Resources in any Incremental Auction.

  • Phase III Clinical Study means a human clinical study of a product on a sufficient number of subjects that is designed to establish that such product is safe and efficacious for its intended use, and to determine warnings, precautions, and adverse reactions that are associated with such product in the dosage range to be prescribed, which trial is intended to support Regulatory Approval of such product, as described in 21 C.F.R. 312.21(c). 1.185.   • Phase 3 means the period commencing on the day after the Phase 2 implementation date and ending on the Phase 3 implementation date (as defined below).

  • Phase 2 Clinical Trial means a human clinical trial of a product in any country that would satisfy the requirements of 21 C.F.R. 312.21(b) and is intended to explore a variety of doses, dose response, and duration of effect, and to generate initial evidence of clinical safety and activity in a target patient population, or a similar clinical study prescribed by the relevant Regulatory Authorities in a country other than the United States.

  • Phase I Clinical Study means a human clinical study of a product, the principal purpose of which is a preliminary determination of safety in healthy individuals or patients, as described in 21 C.F.R. 312.21(a).

  • Phase II Clinical Study means a human clinical study of a product initiated to determine the safety and efficacy in the target patient population, as described 21 C.F.R. 312.21(b).

  • Alternate Bid means multiple Bids with substantive variations from the same Bidder in response to a Solicitation.

  • Phase 3 Study means a clinical study of a drug candidate in human patients that incorporates accepted endpoints for confirmation of statistical significance of efficacy and safety with the aim to obtain Regulatory Approval in any country as described in 21 C.F.R. 312.21(c), or a comparable clinical study prescribed by the relevant Regulatory Authority in a country other than the United States. The relevant drug candidate may be administered to patients as a single agent or in combination with other investigational or marketed agents.

  • Successful Bidder(s) means the bidder(s) to whom work in this tender is awarded.

  • Responsive Bid means a Bid that complies with each of the provisions of this RFB, or is either an alternative bid or a bid with an exception, if accepted by the Agency.

  • Phase 3 Clinical Trial means a pivotal clinical trial in humans performed to gain evidence with statistical significance of the efficacy of a product in a target population, and to obtain expanded evidence of safety for such product that is needed to evaluate the overall benefit-risk relationship of such product, to form the basis for approval of an NDA and to provide an adequate basis for physician labeling, as described in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(c) or the corresponding regulation in jurisdictions other than the United States.

  • Phase III Clinical Trial means a human clinical trial, the principal purpose of which is to demonstrate clinically and statistically the efficacy and safety of a Licensed Product for one or more indications in order to obtain Marketing Approval of such Licensed Product for such indication(s), as further defined in 21 C.F.R. §312.21 or a similar clinical study in a country other than the United States.
