PFS Target Bureau(s) definition

PFS Target Bureau(s) means the Bureau(s) included in the Randomization List criteria as described in Schedule 2, Section 3.2. As of October 1, 2013, PFS Target Bureaus include Queens I, Queens II, Bronx I, Brooklyn V, and Rochester Metro; however, changes or additions to the PFS Target Bureaus may be made per the “Change Process” detailed in Schedule 4 of the Agreement.

In “Special Flood Hazard Areas” where Base Flood Elevations (BFEs) have been determined, this elevation shall be the BFE plus two (2) feet of freeboard. In “Special Flood Hazard Areas” where no BFE has been established, this elevation shall be at least two (2) feet above the highest adjacent grade.

  • Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) means the Government Agency responsible for oversight of public procurement.

  • Xxxxx’x Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by Xxxxx’x and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.

  • PPRA wherever appearing means The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority or its successor(s) and assign(s) where the context so admits.

  • Public procurement unit means either a local public procurement unit or a state public procurement unit.

  • Standard & Poor’s means Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services, a division of The XxXxxx-Xxxx Companies, Inc. and any successor thereto.

  • Standard & Poor s” or “S&P” means S&P Global Ratings, a division of S&P Global Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York, and its successors and assigns, and, if such corporation shall be dissolved or liquidated or shall no longer perform the functions of a securities rating agency, Standard & Poor's shall be deemed to refer to any other nationally recognized securities rating agency designated by the Issuer.

  • Medical marijuana dispensary means the location from which a registered cardholder may obtain

  • Threshold Rating means the short-term unsecured debt rating of P-1 by Moody’s and the short-term issuer credit rating of A-1 by Standard & Poor’s.

  • Cooperating agency means any Federal agency other than a lead agency which has jurisdiction by law or special expertise with respect to any environmental impact involved in a proposal (or a reasonable alternative) for legislation or other major Federal action significantly affecting the quality of the human environment. The selection and responsibilities of a cooperating agency are described in Sec. 1501.6. A State or local agency of similar qualifications or, when the effects are on a reservation, an Indian Tribe, may by agreement with the lead agency become a cooperating agency.

  • Channel migration zone (CMZ) means the area where the active channel of a stream is prone to move and this results in a potential near-term loss of riparian function and associated habitat adjacent to the stream, except as modified by a permanent levee or dike. For this purpose, near-term means the time scale required to grow a mature forest. (See board manual section 2 for descriptions and illustrations of CMZs and delineation guidelines.)

  • Generating Market Buyer means an Internal Market Buyer that is a Load Serving Entity that owns or has contractual rights to the output of generation resources capable of serving the Market Buyer’s load in the PJM Region, or of selling energy or related services in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or elsewhere. Generation Capacity Resource:

  • Cathodic protection tester means a person who can demonstrate an understanding of the principles and measurements of all common types of cathodic protection systems as applied to buried or submerged metal piping and tank systems. At a minimum, such persons must have education and experience in soil resistivity, stray current, structure-to-soil potential, and component electrical isolation measurements of buried metal piping and tank systems.
