Credit Reference Bureau definition

Credit Reference Bureau means a credit reference bureau duly licensed under the Banking Act pursuant to the Banking (Credit Reference Bureau) Regulations, 2013, as amended, revised or promulgated from time to time, to inter alia, collect and facilitate the sharing of customer credit information;
Credit Reference Bureau means a bureau duly licensed to collect and facilitate the sharing of borrower’s information;
Credit Reference Bureau means a credit reference bureau duly licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya, to among other things, collect and facilitate the sharing of customer credit information;

More Definitions of Credit Reference Bureau

Credit Reference Bureau means a credit reference bureau duly licensed under the Banking Act Cap 488 pursuant to the Banking (Credit Reference Bureau) Regulations 2020 to inter alia, collect and facilitate sharing of borrower credit information.
